pdf grey out

all my pdf files are grey out and I can't upload them. why? how can i correct this problem?

Since you did not indicate a problem with an Adobe program, I think you need to ask in a discussion group for the Safari web browser

Adobe files are grey outs when using Safari and trying to upload to Vistaprint.
