Photoshop Elements upgrades

I confess that it is really annoying that this information is not readily available.

I have Photoshop Elements 6 for OS X. Is there an upgrade price for Photoshop Elements 8? I'm pretty sure I'm not going to pay full price, even with a rebate, for new versions.
