Photoshop & Zoombrowser

Hello Friends,

I have been using Photoshop CS4 & CS5 as my only photo editing software. I also use Canon Zoom Browser software to compare my photos after they are edited. After having no trouble for 3 years, now after I edit an image with Photoshop and try to open it with the Canon software the software freezes up. Can anyone help me with this. I use Windows Vista on my desktop & 7 on my Laptop and get the same results so I do not feel like it is the system.
