Post moved to wrong forum?

The person in THIS THREAD is having trouble downloading fonts they have purchased. The item has disappeared from their purchased downloads, even though (they say) they have a receipt, etc. I do not know where the discussion was originally posted, but moving it to the Typography forum seems an error, as their problem is not with the font itself, but with the purchase.
