Posting not working and receiving malformed notification posts

Just tried to post about a what looks like a bug in LR 9.1 but couldn't post message. But I did received lots of malformed response emails from Adobe. Windows has just updated a couple of days ago but having no issues with other sites or emails.

Any one else experiencing odd behaviour with the forums?
