I've been trying to resolve an issue concerning my forum log in, but the tread is now archived?

How to proceed?

A volunteer (non-Employee) Moderator may move an offensive message to a Holding area... I just check and Holding does not have a message with that title

Only an Employee may 'archive' a message... since I can't see the archives I have no idea why an Employee would have done that
