Privacy concerns with E-mail responses

I love the response by e-mail feature (mainly because I don't need to open the actual forums and log-in in order to write a simple response...), but it seems that it causes some privacy issues.

Many people have in their signatures full contact details, including telephone numbers, addresses and e-mail addresses, and these get posted on the forums when they respond via e-mail.

For example: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/508638?tstart=0

Another thing that happens from time to time is that people don't realize they are responding to a public forum and post personal messages to other participants.

Also, although more rarely, some people have their auto-away responses turned on, so for each post on the forum there's a "I'm not available right now..." post from that person.

Maybe there should be a more clear indication in the email sent by the forums about what happens when you respond to it, as well as a warning against posting personal information...

    Ah so!

Very irritating... they should at least leave a message here to that effect...
