Privacy Policy, Terms & conditions

Is there a template for Privacy Policy or Terms & conditions in DW, BC or any other program in CS5?

I am NOT looking for a web page template but the legal jargan text of the policy itself.

A rep at business Depot told me he thought there were templates available in DW. where you replace specific field words with personal or company particulars.

ie company name, address, warranty coverage, return policy etc.

I have spent alot of money on CS5 but don't know what's in it. I don't want to buy another program or download soemthing if I already have it in somewhere in CS5
