Problema - AdobeForm Basic

Question

Dopo aver disattivato l'opzione di rinnovo automatico per l'abbonamento Adobeform Basic ho attivato di nuovo il rinnovo automatico collegato alla carta di credito. Tuttavia quando entro nella pagina di creazione dei moduli mi visualizza l'account gratuito e non quello Basic che ho acquistato!

Come posso fare?
