profile picture & avatar

1. it should be noted, that when uploading a profile photo it will automatically generate an avatar from that picture. I had added an avatar first, and then the picture, which made my first step redundant. Just saying

2. max. upload size says images can be upto 24Mb, but the uploader dos not accept anything over 2Mb.
