'Projecting' an Illustrator document

I want to do a live drawing for an audience, working in Illustrator. Does anyone know of a way I could show the drawing evolving in real time, but with out showing my whole desktop, toolbars etc. I want to show a nice clean screen with nothing but the artwork on it. All ideas gratefully received!
