Refresh Forum Page lasts 1 second

Today (7AM PDT) when I refresh the PS Forum page I can see the latest updates, but it lasts for only 1 second and reverts to the original page.  Have tried this a dozen times and same results every time.  Worked fine yesterday.

Win 7 Firefox browser.

    I closed out the window and reloaded page.  Seems to work OK now.

    I don't go to the PS forum very often, but no problems with any of the Premiere forums

    I'm going to GUESS that your browser cache had a problem
