Regarding to Update Profile at Adobe Credential Manager

Hi All,

I have given the certification exam on 20 June 21, 2021, and I have passed the exam. But it's not showing my name First alphabets and last name First alphabets in the Capitalize form. I would like to Capitalize my name at the adobe credential manager account and in their certification pdf file as well. https://www.certmetrics.com/adobe/default.aspx

I have tried to update my profile but not able to update my name,
