Reorder pages in list view of site admin - AEM

Hi,

 

I am looking for a way to make the 're-order' button visible in the site admin - list view.
The button is present in the markup but 'hidden'.
Look like its driven from libs under : /libs/cq/ui/widgets/source/ext/source/widgets/list
but not sure what exactly is causing this behavior.

Can anyone point in the right direction? I am using 6.5.11 version of AEM.

    In DAM view , assets.html, re-order button is visible but doesn't work.
