Replies submitted but not appearing

I don't use the Forum a lot so maybe I am repeating errors but I have replied to a number of people who responded to my post regarding old jpegs. None have appeared. In each case I was attached both a jpg file and a screen saver of the error message that the community members asked me to send to them (so they could respond). Is this a date issue as the last reply from a community member was March 13th? Again I tried to reply and send them files but nothing is showing up. Please advise. I need to move my issue forward but am paralyzed by this. Thanks

To reply, you must be logged-in to the web forum. Don't use email to reply to forum posts.

Do not attach files. Simply embed images into your reply with the picture icon from the editor toolbar. See screenshot.

It does, sort of. I believe I was signed in but as you can see from the discussion you linked to, the people who were trying to help me all asked that I send them the file. I understand that I could embed the error message as it is screen shot, but the files seem to need it. Also at the bottom of my screen there is a button for attaching files. Thanks, Joel
