How do I send my information inside my form to my email?

    First, you need to find the forum for the product you are talking about (this is for comments on the forums themselves) then you need to ask your question there.

    Advice: You'll want to be way more specific than you are being here. It helps to mention what version of the product you are using, steps you have taken...etc.
