Sending files to the HP Indigo press from CS5

Hello,
We recently upgraded to the ESKO deskpack in CS5 sending prep files to the HP indigo press. It errors out every time. If we copy the art and paste it into a CS4 file it works fine.
Does anybody know if there is any known fix for this?  or why it is happening?
