Size of PDF

I need to send a PDF to a company and they require it be 300 dpi and also 3300 x 2400.  I know how to change DPI.  My issue is figuring out the 3300 x 2400.  Any help is appreciated!!

    What program are you using to create and export the PDF (InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator…)?

    Looks like they are specifying width and height in pixels.
