Struggling to Post

Im having problems signing in and using Adobe Support Community with my primary account. Is anyone else getting this same error when tring to post here?

No reported issues as of today on this site.
I see that your other username has special characters and they're not allowed, I've removed them now. This could have been causing an issue as well.
Note that there's a different email address linked to your other profile, which I can't disclose for obvious reasons. Make sure you're logging in with the right Adobe ID/email address/username.

 

You've been given great advice in this thread so far about other things to look out for to have a smooth experience 🙂

For best results, use a browser that accepts cookies and does not have script or pop-up blockers.

When I search Stock Support Community, https://community.adobe.com comes up. I cannot login to my primary account (WBarberL|||) because the website resets before I can sign in no matter what by devise I'm on.

What Adobe support community are you using with your primary account? This is my primary account. But even my second primary account did not have any problems at all.

 

If you mean Adobe customer care: Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
