Suggestion: Linux Support - Using Kickstarter

I use linux and would love to see adobe products come to linux. I would like to suggest that prehaps Adobe could use kickstarter to fund the development of a linux version. With kickstarter it wouldn't cost Adobe anything really to develop if it goes through, if it turns out not many people want adobe products (or don't care) and the fund rising attempt fails, oh well those who pledge will get their money back and adobe would of lost nothing.

I find it preposterous that a huge company like Adobe (a NASDAQ 100 company!) would use Kickstarter for the development of a Linux version of one of their products. If they wanted to do it, and thought it's worth the man-hours and investment, they could afford to do it themselves. Save your money for other projects, ones more deserving of support from the "little guy".

The Linux thing has come up several times in the individual products forms.

The bottom line is that it's not even in the horizon.  Adobe is just not interested.

This forum is only to discuss how the forums operate, not products

If you go to the Forums Index http://forums.adobe.com/index.jspa

You will be able to select a forum for the Adobe product you use

This link is where you tell Adobe what you want for products
