Text Box, type text and ity dissappears is invisable

For a main functiionality for this subsription service it is totally unacceptable. When text box is selected, tyoing in letters or numerous you see nothing. Like what we are gettting for our payment. Nothing!

Some common reasons for this are that the text layer is underneath another layer and needs to be reordered or that it is inside a clipping mask but out of range of the clipping object or that the text is the same color as the background.

In addition to telling us which Adobe application you are using, we will need to see your layers panel and options bar or control panel so we can better assist.
