I am attempting to understand how the help system works for Adobe products but it appears as if you need help for your help.    My experience:

  1. Click Help from the help menu in product.
  2. Search for help topic.
  3.  Click relevant result.
  4. Adobe returns the community help page with a list of all products.  (no matter which result I chose)

Suggestions:

1) If clicking help for a certain product, limit the search results to that product.

2) Return the actual help document, not a generic landing page for the community.

3) Separate adobe created help content and communuity postings.   Sometimes I want facts and want to avoid opinions.

Hi, if I click help / 'Photoshop help' on my Mac from within Photoshop, that takes me to a web page "Adobe Photoshop Learn & Support" where I can search for Photoshop issues.

https://helpx.adobe.com/support/photoshop.html?mv=product&mv2=ps#

That's kinda what I expected.

So maybe you do have a bug if that’s not what you're seeing?

Please post a link to the page you are taken to.

I hope this works for you

if so, please "like" my reply

thanks
