thread list not refreshing properly

I replied to two different topics.  I went back to the topic list page and I was surprised to NOT see the second topic at the top of the list.  This is a great way for folks NOT to see a reply.

    It's just slow. You can start a thread, go back to the list, it's not there - but after a refresh,  or looking at another thread, it finally shows up.

    I realize it's slow, but I *did* refresh the page 2 different times!
