Thumbnail Problems

I have CS6 on my laptop at work.  When I transfer the images to a different (old) mac for archiving there are no thumbnails.  The photos are there when I open them but there's no preview.  Any idea how to fix this?

    I agree with John T., that you are in the wrong forum.

    However, if you can tell us which program, within CS 6 you are having issues with, someone can Move your post to that product forum. Just let us know, and it will be Moved.
