Too hard to find the option to post/ask a question

It is entirely too hard to find the option to post to a discussion/ask a question. The button should appear any time one searches the community so users don't have to dig for it.

If you're logged-in, it's simply a matter of clicking the BLUE Post button at the top of the product board which you obviously did to post this question here.

The various product boards are listed below.  HINT: Sort alphabetically.

It's impossible.  Sometimes the blue button is there.  Sometimes it isn't.

Thank you for your reposnse.  I am signed in.  Also, I only use chrome which should work.  I'm just saying that sometimes the button isn't there.  Which is hard when you're already frustrated by a glitch that you're trying to sort out.
