Translate issues

The whole idea of consolidating forums across languages has some difficult spots.

One is the "translate" function itself.

If there's more than 2-3 words of English in a post clearly written in another language, it refuses to translate saying "it is already in that language".

So a post in Japanese characters or Portugese with "think pad" and "Selection" ... won't translate.
