Unable to change user ID/email address

For my login ID I used an email address that has now changed. When I logged on to change my profile, new email was not accepted. I know for sure noone else has this email address (work email address).

What is the workaround?

Who do I contact to fix this?

    Try this link just in case it works for you.

    In most cases, you need to login to your account using your countries Adobe address.  For example, for UK residents, they need to use:

    http://www.adobe.co.uk

    Obviously, you need to use your countries http.

    The Forums use your Adobe ID from Adobe.com. No one in the Forums has access to your Adobe account, so you will need to contact Adobe Customer Service for help with your account information.
