Unable to login to my Adobe account!

Hello, I have been trying to login to my Adobe account tonight without any success. I had to use my other account instead to post this message. I have tried to reset my password but I am still unable to login.

Adobe ID and password do not match. Verify your information  and try again.

I would really appcreciate if someone from Adobe here could send me a message to try to solve this. I've tried to call support but there is so much waiting time and it's expensive to call where I am located at the moment.

    I don’t have any access to Adobe accounts, but send an email to userforu at adobe dot com with your Adobe ID and I’ll try to find someone who can help with resetting the password.

    Thanks, I sent an email. The account worked fine today, but not anymore.
