Update Adobe-id

Why can't I update my Adobe-id?

If I sign in on adobe.com, go My Adobe ID, It shows all my old information. But evertything is grayed out, so I cannot update anything. There is a spinning wheel on the site, but it's there for 10 minutes now. I tried Safari, Chrome and Firefox, but no succes.
