Update email ID in Adobe Credential Management

I have updated my email ID in adobe account (account.adobe.com). But the new email ID is not reflected in

Adobe Credential Management (www.certmetrics.com/adobe). From Adobe Credential Management profile, there is no option to update the email ID.
Please help on the steps to update email ID in Adobe Credential Management.

I think you need to contact your organization's IT dept if this is concerning a Teams or Enterprise Plan.
