Upgrade from student CS4 to eLearning 2.5

I want to upgrade my student version to a full version of eLearning 2.5. Based on what I have read online, it appears to me that there is no problem upgrading to a full version suite. Is that correct?

The current version is located at http://www.adobe.com/products/elearningsuite.html

The right side, near the top, has the link to buy... says "upgrade from $599"
