Username added unwillingly when editing replies in the forum

Hello

In this new forum when I click edit  to update a reply like this:

My user name comes unwillingly (by itself) at the beginning of the text, so I have to delete it every time I edit a reply:

Also, another problem might be relative, while I was preparing to post this thread I wanted to change the title, when I clicked edit everything vanished and it brought me back to the start (I lost the title I wrote):

I am using Firefox browser.
