I hope this View All Replies goes away entirely.

And why do we need a big Community Guidelines banner op top of each reply?

I asked that in another discussion and was told it isn't supposed to be that big. I'm going to hit the reply button then Edit.

Is is supposed to be like this.

But on the monitor my browser opens on, the smaller and older of the 2 on my Dual monitor desktop, I see the same thing as you. This is a page coding error because even when I move my browser over to the bigges monitor I still get the Big long box as in your SS for just a second then it goes to what I show above.

Yeah this one is super annoying. Hopefully if this style of threading dies, this will die with it.

One can only HOPE. These Nested replies have to STOP. And as point out the completely inane "View All Replies" even if there is NO replies. Who thought this up?
