Question

"We're sorry, we encountered an error processing your request."

Half the links I click on in the Adobe.com site give me the message,

We're sorry, we encountered an error processing your request.

I'm really only trying to check the status of my error but I can't get anywhere in the site without getting this message.

Suggestions?

Can you tell me which link(s) you clicked on to get to the error.

You can send an email to userforu at adobe dot com if you don't want to post the info in the forum.

    Thanks!

I get this order when Support/Check order status is clicked on.

    http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/support/index.cfm?event=orderstatus&loc=en_us

I got it when navigating different sections of the site earlier, but I don't know where.  Because of this I suspected it was a problem on my side.

    Any ideas?

I don't have any idea on this, but will get it directed to the Adobe.com and Adobe Store folks.

    Thanks!

There is an adobe.com forum: http://forums.adobe.com/community/general/adobedotcom_feedback

That is the place to discuss issues with adobe.com. This forum is to discuss issues with the Adobe forums.

So either there is a problem with the Adobe site, or there is a something blocking the site from the client side. Does anyone have any input on this problem?

"check the status of my ORDER" that is, not "error"
