Where can I file a complaint against Adobe's over complicated websites

Where can I file a complaint against Adobe's over complicated websites and GREAT and time-consuming difficulty in canceling Creative Cloud subscriptions.

It wasted me a couple of hours trying to cancel and in the end I spoke to a man in India who didn't understand English properly.

As a software developer, Adobe should be experts at creating user friendly interfaces but have failed miserably!
