Where do I post a general question?

I have a question about Adobe's software in general, not a specific program. (I have a suite and the issue effects all of the programs within, not just photoshop (for example))

Is there a place within this forum for me to pose a question like this? I can't seem to find a forum general enough. Everything i've seen is too specific.
