Why can't I start a discussion in the Animate forum?

I have a question specific to animate but I don't see a "start discussion button" the way there is on other forums.

    I think you should go to the Adobe Animate CC - General forum

      It's right in front, but oddly not obvious to me, so thank you for pointing it out.  I might ask why, from the An icon on Forums home, you aren't directed to the Animate CC General.  Thanks again.
