Why the letters SC are pronounced as South Carolina with NeoSpeech voices?

I'm struggling to write e-learning units for my company which produces drive systems for industry.

Some drivers are called "SC series", and the Speech management creates the sentence  "South Carolina series", which sounds funny, but not for me...

How can I teach the Speech management unit to say just "SC series", without hearing "South Carolina"?
