y it dont have chinese translate?

i really confuse y this bbs translate dont have Chinese? It that because Chinese speak engish good?

But y my english is not well as it cause?

I'm pretty sure that Chinese is one of the available languages.

Only Japanese and Korean appear in the Translate drop down menu. No Chinese.

Screenshot snip (partial extract of Translate menu only) shows English, French, Portugese, German, Japanese, Korean, Spanish.
