Adobe Firefly shows “Not available in your region”

I’m experiencing an ongoing access issue with Adobe Firefly. For the past ~1 week, Firefly image generation fails across different models and shows the message: “Can’t access — Sorry, Adobe Firefly isn’t available in your region.” At the same time, Generative Fill is also not working.

 

Firefly should be available in my region, and I have used it successfully before. I’ve seen this issue once in the past as well — it later resolved — but now it has returned and has been persistent for about a week.

 

Could you please verify my account’s region/eligibility settings and investigate why Firefly and Generative Fill are being blocked?

    Adobe Firefly isn't available in Russia, Belarus, and China. In addition, Adobe services and products cannot be used in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, and the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics.

    Hello. I'm having the same problem, but I'm not in a country where Firefly is blocked. I've checked from different locations, including using mobile data. The problem is the same everywhere. [personal information removed by moderator], and I'm located in Kazakhstan.
