Why the button to add a note disappeared?

Why the button to add a note disappeared? It was useful for visibility of notes when looking at the summary of all signed documents.

    I’m referring to the button on the document. It’s only there for documents that have been shared with me, see the first screenshot:

    But it’s not there anymore for the documents that I’ve sent out:


    Could it be added back for all documents, please?

    Hi Marifo,

     

    Thank you for sharing the screenshots.

     

    It seems to be related to the user interface. There are already three buttons provided for the documents you send. However, if you open the document, you can find the notes option in the right-hand side pane. 

    We will check with the team if it can be changed. If there is an option, we will let you know.

    I would be interested in the result of this too, as we use the notes a lot for our work when documents come back, and now it takes longer to open the side menu to check notes, rather than having the highlight note shortcut on the first page.

    Could you please let us know where the option disappeared from? Are you referring to the button on the document or in the panel at right?

    Please share the screenshot for a better understanding. We will get this checked.
