When the system crashes during the creation process, credits are deducted but not refunded; this happens in 2 out of every 5 cases, and for high-credit transactions, the system is essentially eating up the credits.

Sorry to hear that. Could you check your account and see if the credits have been restored? When generations fail, the credits are returned soon after getting the error.
