Over 2 months fighting to get a refund back.
I bought an annual subscription for an Adobe cloud from the salesperson on the phone.
She lied to me and misled me with the information.
I had to pay for a yearly subscription and she forced me to get an additional AI software which I didn't need to complete the offer.
However on my Adobe account there was a 50 percent subscription offer and option to pay monthly,
I called Adobe customer service straight away and cancelled the subscription and signed for a monthly option.
I am desperately trying to get my money back £530 for the cancelled subscription since the 20th of March.
Made endless amounts of phone calls and was promised a refund on the phone and in emails from Adobe staff.
But it has never been finalized.
It is utterly disgraceful, they stole my money and I am loosing my hope to ever get it back.
Please help me with any suggestions on how to get justice from this awful company that treats their customers so poorly.
