J'ai un abonnement premium a 69,99€, et je n'arrive pas a utiliser adobe. Ça me demande a chaque fois de me réabonner et sur certain erreur de connexion verifier votre internet

    J'ai fait toutes les etapes et rien, j'ai payé 69,99 et je ne peux l'utiliser

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for trying out the suggestions.

     

    I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found an active plan for Adobe Acrobat Premium. 

    Please try to clear the app cache sign out of the application then go to Phone settings > Apps > Adobe Acrobat > Storage > Clear Cache and reboot the device once and relogin with your Adobe credentials and see if that helps.

    As you asked to resubscribe every time you access the application, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    • Try to restore the purchase. Tap on Profile icon > Subscriptions > Restore Purchase.

    • Sign out of the application. Reboot the device. Then, sign in to the application manually using the Adobe ID login option on the login page instead of other options like Apple ID or Facebook.

    If the issue persists, please share a short video recording of the steps you use to sign in to the application and the issue as it occurs on your end. Also, share the Acrobat and OS version on your device.
