Quiero mi reemboso por favor. Me cobró el año completo y lo quiero cancelar y mi reembolso porfa!

    Hola,
    Solicito el reembolso de un cobro realizado hoy en mi cuenta.
    Me encontraba utilizando el período de prueba gratuito y, en cuanto recibí la notificación de cobro, cancelé la suscripción de inmediato. Sin embargo, posteriormente comprobé que el importe igualmente fue debitado de mi cuenta bancaria.
    Agradecería que revisaran mi caso y gestionaran el reembolso correspondiente, ya que no era mi intención continuar con la suscripción paga.
