I request cancellation of subscription and refund.

I used an Adobe subscription for one year in Turkye. 

And the payment was made through automatic renewal, 

but the cost has increased almost 10 times, 

so I am canceling the subscription and requesting a refund.

While living in Korea, I paid in Turkish lira. 

I also requested a subscription cancellation and refund from Adobe Korea, 

but instead of immediately canceling the subscription, 

they decided not to renew it at expiration 

and only gave an insincere response telling me to contact Turkey for a refund.

Please help me cancel my subscription and receive a refund.
