Unable to sign in for some users

Deployed Acrobat DC with core Creative Cloud.

App sign in fails with proxy server credentials loop, tried domain\user or just user - no joy.

We have blacklisted many creative cloud url's - but not anything that is required for sign in.

We use a wpad file for proxy exceptions and the local loopback address is included in this.

Ideas?

after wiresharking the extra proxy loop was caused by two url's we had specifically blocked as (drivel).

hammer.behance.net

So once we allowed them the proxy loop went away.

total shi*e, but there we go..........:)
