I am utterly amazed these people at Adobe have no problems taking our money every month, but aren't in the least embarrassed they refuse to provide a phone number (or even a chat) to a real person about your subscription issues. Really? In this age of offshoring? REALLY?

Agreed. I have spent two hours trying to get an answer that could be answered in two minutes over the phone 😞

I had to do an independent search for an adobe phone number. It's quite literally, not listed anywhere on their website. After finding it, I called and now have a 1 HOUR 27 MINUTE HOLD TIME. This after receiving an email telling me my subscription will automatically renew at almost double my previous rate. I have a feeling I'm going to end up calling my credit card company to tell them to stop all payments to adobe.
