Black Screen Exports in After Effects

Hello I am having a problem with after effects files exporting as plain black screens. I have tried multiple things.

  • I contacted Adobe and they were not much help. The originally told me that it was a graphics card issue and I needed to update it. So I did that and no help.
  • So I have tried exporting to various different codecs, but all the results are the same a plain black screen. Below are my current settings. If anyone has any ideas on why this is happening I would be very appreciative.

1) Are the default settings? If not, then reset them and change only the format.

2) Have you tried sending it to Adobe Media Encoder? You're better off using AME as the default renderer in AE is crap as it has no compression. They moved all the stuff over to AME.

Thanks for your answer. I don't know why, but my files are exporting fine now. Weird!
