In the new version, the AE 2019 Element 3D does not work Ray traced

Hello!

I have a big problem with shadows and AA, when I set them to "shadow mapping" and "SSAU" everything gets normal, but when I choose ray traced everything becomes gray in the preview.

Can anyone help me solve this problem?

In version 2018, everything worked after the upgrade for 2019. Ray traced does not work

My graphics card is GTX 1070

Windows 10 pro

    You should be using Classic 3D rendering if you are using Element.

    If you are talking about the settings in Video Copilot's Element 3D then make sure that you have downloaded the update and your GPU is compatible.

    I have the latest GPU drivers and the latest version of e3D. Everything worked well with AE 2018 and after the update on AE 2019, the shadows of Ray traced and AO Ray traced stopped working

    It's working just fine for me on OSX 10,14.2

    I would contact Video Copilot directly. They are usually really good about getting back to you.
